Trade customers & bulk buyers
Trade customers and bulk buyers can email us to ask about bulk offers.
How do I track my order?
All orders over £50 are sent via ups or pacelforce and are fully tarckable and signed for. When we send you parcel you will be sent a tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
We charge postage based on your parcels weight.
0-2 KG - £3
2+ KG - £5.95
Spend Over £50 and It's FREE
If you're local you could always collect in person and save on shipping costs!
Do your products include VAT?
All products include 20% VAT in the prices you see.
You will receive your VAT receipt in your parcel.
Do you offer refunds?
We may offer refunds for damaged goods when sufficient proof is provided.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return something please contact us first. The products can only be returned if they; have not been opened and have not been damaged. The buyer is responsibly for paying for the return shipping.
